Meet Your Yoga Instructor: Lindsey Lewis

Teaching yoga is Lindsey’s favorite thing to do. Her passion for sharing it with others stems from personal experience with its power to, quite simply, make life better. Her yoga classes emphasize breath, flow, strength and stress release. Lindsey’s classes are intended to be physically challenging, mentally calming, and fun. Her dream is to help every student learn yogic tools and techniques to bring health and happiness into every aspect of their lives—inside and outside the yoga studio.
